My name is Leslie (Les) Crall and I am a Professor within the School of Business and Technology at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Currently I am the Department Chair for the General Business Department. My primary teaching responsibilities are in the areas of Business Law, Commercial Law, Real Estate and Cost Accounting.

The purpose of this site is two-fold:

• To inform my current students of the wonderful sources for legal research on the web
• To contact former students and alumni of Southwestern and the School of Business
