During August and September, 1998, I worked for the Oklahoma Department of Corrections as a Temporary Employee on a special project gathering sentencing data for the Community Sentencing Division. I gathered the data from district attorney offices in Beckham, Custer, Canadian, and Kingfisher counties.

C & H Research Consultants, Inc., President.  During 2003, my company was under contract with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections to provide cognitive skills/behavioral and out-patient substance abuse treatment programming for the local Community Sentencing Council.
