If you’re a western Oklahoman, chances are you have attended an event in the SWOSU Ballroom. Memorial Student Center has hosted and catered receptions, class reunions, anniversary parties, retirements, corporate events, trainings, conferences, birthday parties, etc. Spacious and elegant, our ballrooms are the perfect space for your next big celebration.
All ballrooms are customizable based on the number of people you plan to have in attendance.

Other Fees & Notes
The Memorial Student Union is available Monday through Saturday for banquets and events, excluding SWOSU holidays. The holiday schedule may be viewed here.
- Actual capacity may vary depending on spacing of tables and chairs.
- Set up for head table will reduce seating capacity.

Directions
From the West:
Take I-40 to Weatherford Exit 80A. Follow the curve (you are on Main St.) and continue to Custer Street. Turn left onto Custer St. and travel north to the Student Union located across the street from the SWOSU library.
From the East:
Take I-40 toward Weatherford and take the Airport Road Exit 84. Take the first left onto East Main access road until you reach the first stop sign. Continue straight (west) which turns into Davis St. Follow Davis St. until you reach Bradley St. Turn left on to Bradley until you reach College Street. Turn right on to College Street and then right on Custer Street.
